I am seeking information about becoming a GA teacher
through the test based option. I have exemption eligibility
for the GACE Basic Skills assessments. I have also passed
the Special Education Adapted Curriculum- I also plan on
taking the GACE Early Childhood Education in January.

I was wondering if anyone has obtained employment via this
method and was it fairly easy or did it take a while to get
a school system to give you a chance? I have applied for
several elementary school teacher positions and special
education resource teacher positions with no luck, so I
figured I would ask for some help.

Is there another option to obtain employment and
certification for a person with no formal teacher
experience aside from what they mention on the GPS website?
