Re: Tired of the Standards Based Classroom
You can't be more right. I agree that the standards are good but
the posting of questions and all the other "crap" is a dog and
pony show. The worst part is that we now have and Academic Coach
and a Literacy Coach (don't get me started) who run
instructional focus weekly on Standards Based Classrooms. I too
must attend a weekly data team meeting. I honestly have quit
worrying about this stuff because NO ONE check over our data. I
have come to realize they can't. But back to the original
question- what do we do to stop this nonsense. I have no idea
but can't wait until it passes.
