HA! I have to start my lesson by stating the standard and
discussing the standard with first graders!!! How in the h#**
can a first grader discuss the verbiage of each standard? I will
receive NI on my observation if I don't discuss the standard
first! A bunch of crab!!!

Oh, I forgot... Half of my board is covered with standards,
essential questions, objectives for each subject! Each has to be
covered up and revealed when I teach the subject.

Last week my principal did informal observations. She did not
care about everyone's lessons. She wanted to see our boards
complete and everyone "discussing" each standard before the
lesson. I taught an awesome science lesson on plants. My
principal left a note on my desk stating I didn't go indepth
explaining the standard and I didn't cover up the rest of my
standards on the board. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???

NOBODY CARES IF YOU TEACH IN MY SCHOOL! YOU BETTER HAVE YOUR
STANDARDS POSTED....PERIOD!
