What happens to a teacher in Georgia if they get unsatisfactory ratings two years in a row? Is there an appeals process?

Could it be the county if they got good reviews in one and bad in another?

anon If you are denied a renewal, it is the same thing as having your license revoked.

You are DENIED the right to teach in that state, and it will destroy your chances of getting another license in another state.

anon If you are denied issuance of a license, it has the same effect as a suspension or a revocation, and in fact, it has the same effect as a revocation, as you are NOT allowed to teach in the state.

anon Is the record of an unsatisfactory evaluation available to administrators in other state or national districts? If so, is there a time limitation?
