TKES?

I retired 2 years ago just before TKES took root. How is it working? Is it useful, or is it a morale killer?

retired I think maybe everybody is too busy writing their TKES stuff to comment.

This and That So true! We have to have all the documenting input by May 1st. It is very time consuming to document all the things you have been doing for years and years. I teach special education so I have twice as much to input. Maybe they will change to something else for evaluating????

Tough One My heart goes out to administrators who have to try to make sense of the stacks of documents as well as do the multitude of evaluations.
