I know there is a law on the books at the state level that says a teacher may enroll his child where he teaches but I cannot find it in a search. Anybody know the law name or have link? Thanks
Susan I know that in my district (Gwinnett), that is not the case. The parents can ask for their child to attend the school in which they teach, but it's at the discretion of local school administration to approve or not. There's no guarantee.
