No but no one can speak for ALL principals. As you should know,
the DOE is primarily hiring Special Ed teachers.

This depends on you. Do your research. Talk to the admissions or
school colleges and get the facts for yourself. Becoming a "good"
teacher depends on how much learning you can do of yourself
before trying to teach others. Choosing between schools is often a
tough choice but only you can know which would be better for your
situation as far as what you expect to get out of a learning program.
