Post: Teaching in Iowa

My husband and I are considering moving to Iowa (Des Moines
area) and I am wondering about the schools. I would love
some information on the different districts, pay (I have a
Master's with 3 yrs exp.), benefits, unions, and schools in
general (students, class size, admin, etc.). Any info would
be greatly appreciated. Oh, and how is the weather? I live
