Whether they'll hire you or not will depend on exactly why you were terminated, and the references you can expect from your boss(es). I've never heard of a CPS policy that stops them from rehiring terminated teachers, though unless you're in a "high need" field, they'll have plenty of other applicants who haven't been fired by the district.
