    With all the requirements of teaching "to the test" while using
    all modalities of teaching AND differentiating, school districts
    are getting pickier. As far as uploading your letters of
    recommendation, I have written several letters and given them to
    the people to put in their portfolios. With so many more
    candidates than actual job openings, many school districts are
    becoming "pickier" in their screening of potential interviewees.
