Not in my case.
I sent out coverletters that had a bit of my "YOU HAVE TO KNOW THIS"
stuff... I then indicated that "you can find my application
online"... The online app had all my necessary info... stating that
they could legally hire me. They then chose to see me and interview
me face to face... I brought in my portfolio... was able to explain
and brag.... ya da ya.... SINGLE (engaged) WHITE FEMALE hired!!!

There are high need areas everywhere and areas that have high turn
overs.... Then of course there are areas that EVERYONE YEARNS FOR...
and those are areas that get flooded.

If spending a day filing out an online app gives you a headache...
you arent cut out for teaching anymore! Not to be rude but
honestly...
