No, it is not. As long as you have the classes which satisfy
requirements from accredited colleges, you are fine. They can even be
from out of state, as Univ of Phoenix Online is, but as long as they~re
accredited by that regional accrediation body, you~re fine. Most
recent grads had to take into to sped during their regular ed program,
so that happens a lot.
