I have applied to various districts for sp. ed positions, but have no luck so far in getting a job. I have so far been called for interviews in 3 schools. One of the Principal told me that I am a good candidate, but since I do not have experience, I did not get the job. I have not heard back from the other two schools. I am not sure why I do not get called for interviews. I do not know whether there is some problem with my resume or the way I have answered the online appication questions or since I do not have any experience, I am at a disadvantage. Pls do suggest on what shld I do? Thanks in advance for all your help. I look fwd to your response.
