    You will have to take the APT test. There is no getting out of
    it. No other state to my knowledge gives a comparable test.
    You will be able to get a standard certificate as opposed to
    an initial certificate. You may have to take one or both of
    the other tests in IL depending on the state you come from
    even if you took a comparable test. I had to. I was hopping
    mad and fought it tooth and nail to no avail.
