I think there is a lot more demand for math, science,
bilingual, and/or special ed teachers.
Legally age shouldn't be an issue. Some principals may hold it
against you, but you don't want to work for them anyway.
As for your masters, yes you may be able to use that to jump
into a higher lane. It depends on the district and the union
contract.
