I had to take undergrad methods classes.

Does UT's provisional equate with IL's initial certificate? If yes, then
she's probably going to be fine. Emailing ISBE is a waste of time. Either
figure it out on your own on the website or ask here. They will answer if you
call. Every once in a while you get them to fully address your question.
