It changes frequently. In the summer, they try to rent out
schools that are on break. During the school year, they
sometimes get a school anyway, since it's a Saturday, but I've
also taken the test at Harper College in Palatine (which was
great for me since I was within walking distance at the time).

Basically, it can be anywhere in the map zone, but for the NW
suburbs, they usually seem to stick to Arlington Hts, Palatine,
Schaumburg, etc.
