DO you have any parents who you trust would call in and
report it?
Do you have a union rep you can talk about about the
situation?
Is there a sped coordinator for the district that you could
talk to?
Is the super aware of the situation? the board?
You could do those routes as well.
If you are unable to do your job... I would report them...
regardless of whether or not I would be fired.
I was not tenured when a serious issue came up and I spoke
up... no one was aware until I did... then others came
forward to and the higher up was terminated immediately!!!
It works!
