Hello. I currently have a type 09 (6-12) certificate in
chemistry and teach at the high school level.
Does anyone know the process of how I could also be
certified to teach middle school? Do I need additional
classes, a state exam, etc.?
When I look for middle school jobs, they all require a
middle school endorsement, which leads me to believe I
cannot teach grades 6-8 science with my type 09 chemistry
certificate.
