I have just graduated from WGU. Because I live in Indiana but WGU
is in Utah I had to received my Utah license first and then apply
for reciprocity. Very simple to do. I took the required Praxis
tests for Indiana and CPR in order to get certified. Western
Governors is a highly rated university that has the NCATE
certification which is recognized by Indiana.
