Does anyone know anything about DUI convictions for
teachers in KY? I am wondering how quickly EPSB finds out,
and what the consequences may be... I had one 11 years
ago, before I became a teacher, and wrote a letter of
explanation when I applied. Now, I am applying for a Rank
change, and unfortunately have to attend my trail next
month... Can they see if before I am convicted? Will my
principal know? How long will it stay on my record? Will
I qualify for a Rank change with my "second" or is the
first dismissed? Yikes!
