In Madison county, things can't get any worse. Unemployment,
according to the august figures, is 11.1% average for the
state, but climbs higher than that in the rural areas-
I'm 60 credits away from a History degree, but I can't find
work at a substitute teacher. I've been unemployed since
Nov.2008.
