    I live in Boone County, though I don't teach there. Getting an
    apartment should be no problem. There are tons of apartments here so
    that should be no problem for you. As far as Collins goes, it is in
    a lower socio-economic area than many of the other schools. I hope
    this helps some. I can't say about politics as I don't teach there.
    But as in most places, if you went to elementary and high school in
    that district I sure think it helps.
