Thank you for your information, and words of encouragement. I will
continue to pursue a teaching position, even if I have to start out
being a highly qualified substitute. I conveyed my love for teaching,
learning, how I will work as team, I gave in depth specifics on my
classroom management strategies, how I help to bring students up to
grade level expectancy, and how I encourage parents/guardians to come
and celebrate learning with their child. I felt as though I had
established excellent rapport by drawing principals and interview
members into conversation. Knowing that I did not get offered a teaching
position twice in a row hurts so badly. I will miss having my own class
so much when the new school year begins if I do not find a job.
