Re: Walden University
Posted by diploma mill on 1/15/08

I believe Walden is one of those diploma mills - a company
that offers courses for profits. I'd stick to an official
accredited brick-and-mortar school that offers classes online.
It would be respected more to get a degree from a school like
    that!

I'm not knocking online courses at all - I've taken plenty.
You just want to make sure that the reputation of the school
is good. I'd stay away from schools like Walden, Regis,
    University of Phoenix, etc.

Have you checked out any of the state schools in MA? I'm
working on a master's through Framingham right now and most of
my classes are offered online! The credits are cheap, too :)
