    Personally Shannon,

    Some people might find it challenging and for others it may not. Some
    people might need extra time on these tests because they need time to
    process the information in order to perform well on these tests. Other
    people have anxiety which makes them fail these tests. Maybe some
    teachers from the past who taught, didn't do a good job teaching certain
    academics to their students. (I remember a teaching yelling at me because
    I was telling him that I didn't understand the math and could you explain
    it to me to make me understand it). And I find the material challenging.
    It needs to be if you want to become a teacher. Some other people might
    fail it because they aren't studying the right materials for these tests.
    I don't agree with if you fail it three times they waiver you in. I
    don't find that fair at all!
