I've heard that in Boston schools are not using the HUB very
effectively. I also hear that there are more open positions than you
can see on-line and that most teachers aren't getting responses to
their resumes posted on the HUB. I think you have to go to the schools
in person and hand-deliver your resume to the principal if you really
want to get a job.
4 years ago I heard back about my posted resume within a few days, but
my math teacher colleagues (with experience) aren't hearing back at
all this year. They are starting to go in person now rather than use
the HUB.
