    Re: "building substitute" vs.regular substitute

    In my town, it used to be that building substitutes were full-
    time employees and received benefits. Like Lucy's town, my
    town no longer has building subs. So, yes, building
    substitutes are different from regular substitutes, but I think
    many towns are eliminating building subs because of budget
    cuts. It's probably best to ask the district what they have
    and what the benefits are because each town seems to be
    different.
