Re: appealing the mtel results
Appealing won't help. They only rescore the bubble sheets.
They won't rescore the essay or summary. It is a waste of
money. In my experience with people like your friend, they
need to really ace the grammar and usage and mechanics
sections. Studying punctuation, capitalization and grammar
will put him over the edge. (My book, MTEL Magic, will lead
him in the right direction). Good luck
