In other words if a person doesn't give you the exact answers
you want to hear, you think they would be unfit to be be a
teacher? I won't even comment on the silliness of that
statement....
High schoolers need to pass the MCAS test to graduate- They
should be taught to buck up and study, rather look for the easy
way out via wavers and loopholes. Likewise, prospectives
teachers in MA MUST pass the MTEL test. Thats the way it is.
Getting a waiver is frankly unfair to the prospective teachers
who studied to take the test.....That being said, I hope your
friend doesn't give up, but studies hard, takes a course and
does well. I have dyslexia and ADD, and I was able to pass-so
can your friend.
