I would go the MTEL website to put Silvia's comments into
perspective since they recently changed the Spanish MTEL. The new
test start with the administration this past September. Much of
the format is the same, but there maybe some significant differences.
It is also important to note that they have not established the
new passing scores for the new tests. I know that the French
teachers were invited by the Consulate to a meeting new week to
help establish the new passing scores for French. I assume
something similar has or will happen for Spanish.
