I am working my way thru the MTELs. I was on a waiver til
this year, when I got a letter from the district saying I
could not be re-employed. They included a form to sign up
for Mass. unemployment. Has anyone tried to collect
unemployment when a district decided not to rehire you?
It's a little gray as to whether my position was eliminated
or the waiver came into play. Appreciate the help.
