HUGE problem.. Cell phone policies MUST be enforced.. PHONES
IN LOCKERS or OFF AND AWAY..when texting phone needs to be
taken and parent pick up.. each time.. parents will get sick
of it and get after the kids.. phones are used for cheating,
starting problems with others, and general nonsense..
