As you may know, they have changed many of the test, including
English. However they have not put out the new practice test or
test objectives, yet. While I don't think that they have made
any major changes, they are still in the process of
establishing new passing scores for the tests.

I would check the MTEL website to see when the post the info on
the new test, which should be any time now.
