The MA DESE website does not mention any specific course
requirements for the 8-12 Secondary English Preliminary
certificate only requires you to have a Bachelor's degree and
passing scores of the MTEL tests. You may only need the
information for when you seek through initial certification.
I hope someone how has gotten prelim cert in this area can
explain the process.
