i know that in March 2010 the test will change to having the
essays count 20% rather than 25% and it will be analysis.
the essay questions are basically the same , they keep
recycling them, important to write clearly and concisely. the
multiple choice requires study and focus on test taking
skills. i know people who had to take it several times but
eventually passed to keep their jobs.all i can say is study
hard all review materials, practice writing essays, and if
you are taking it in November to really work to pass it as it
changes in March 2010. Good luck !
