Re: Has anyone ever faced discrimination?

Well there are minority-majority areas in MD, mainly Prince
George's County and Baltimore City. Charles County (south
of Prince George's) has recently become a hotspot for upper
middle class African Americans. In addition, Montgomery
County is fairly diverse. Parts of Howard and Baltimore
Counties are also accepting. I don't want it to appear that
I am limiting your options, so if you are considering an
area other than those I mentioned, I would suggest that you
visit an area before you commit. Calling a church in the
area and asking questions may also give you some additional
insight. I am a member of a religious minority and I can
tell you that I called a number of community groups and
distant contacts in the area before I made a decision to
settle where I did.
