    I see this poster point BUT you will make less in NC in the
    long term, you have no job security, and yes even though times
    are tough here you do have job security here, at least in a
    public school...Benefits are better here and so is pay and so
    on...now if you absolutely HAVE to work, which is doesn't seem
    like you do not, see if maybe next year you can get into the
    same school as your husband! You almost have to have a
    connection and now you have one, your husband....he's a male
    so tell him to keep looking for a pubic school job though
    throughout the summer, it'd be better than a charter any day.
