    Charlotte just filled about 600 openings with their job fair in
    late April (I was there, this was the number i heard). However,
    that does not mean there will not be any openings in Charlotte
    next year! Some people who took a job will change their mind,
    enrollment may change, positions may be switched around, etc. So
    keep your eyes open there. A lot of the surrounding counties
    (where I am looking as well) have told me they don't have
    enrollment numbers for next year, letters of intent for teachers
    so they do not have openings know but may post them within the
    next few months.
