I do agree that people are gonna do what they love and should. However, if students are undecided and told some information about the job market earlier, that may influence decisions. There may be some schools out there informing more than others, but not the one I went to and I have talked to many students from other colleges that didn't either. Even in my case, I majored in Spanish because I wanted to study abroad and now I am so thankful. However, if it weren't for that I would have taken the LA road which everyone advised me to. I would never advise someone to do something they don't enjoy either. If someone hates Math they shouldn't major in Math just to get a job.
