	Post: Professional certificate renewal Posted by HoneyinMich on 5/05/08 I just have a question... I am currently a stay at home mom. Before that I was a special education teacher for 6 years. I want to keep my certificate current while I am home for the next 5-10 years, but money is tight. (of course!) What is involved with renewing a professional certificate that is expired? I am wondering if that may be the option I have to go with. I just don't have $3,000+ dollars to pay for a couple of grad school classes right now.
