I agree, NHA does not pay well, you will not get a good raise
and regardless of extra work, most people are not treated well,
why do you think people work there only to get exp. to work in a
public school. Not all NHA schools are bad but I haven't heard
one good thing about any in Detroit. Also, I used to work for
NHA and I am not a disgruntled employee, I got a job working for
the government and wouldn't look back! Good luck, I would take
the Maryland job, especially if friends were moving with me!
