I've seen some posts here about teachers not getting
teaching jobs and therefore going back to school to get
their masters. I was told that if you get your masters
before you get a job that they'll never hire you because
they would have to pay you more. Grand Valley offers
endorsements which is very similar to a masters. I'm just
wondering what route to go ??
