My dream is to get my master's in reading education to be a
reading specialist...but with no experience under my belt I
don't think its a good idea to go back and do that right
now. I'm considering getting my ESL endorsement, as that
would only take a year, but I need to do some more research
on whether or not that would actually make it easier to find
a job (in Michigan anyway).

Anyone have any input for me?
