Re: Any jobs? Has anyone worked at Ben Ross Academy in Warrn
    Posted by: missingmichigan on 10/02/09

I was asking because I interviewed there and was curious
how the school is. I've heard so many negative things
about charter schools. I also received a call from a
charter school called Heritage Academy about a lang. arts
position for 8th grade, but the position was only part-
time. I meant that I was applying to the nursing programs
in Arizona. There is a shorter wait here (2-3 semesters)
and they have less pre requisites than most colleges in
Michigan. I know there is a lot of competition in Michigan
for the nursing programs, and it's nearly impossible to
get in now. I considered it before leaving to Arizona,
but found it was futile to try.

I then considered coming back if I found a teaching job in
Michigan, but then if I did that, it wouldn't be possible
to enter a nursing program unless I'm willing to wait 2
    years or more.
