Depends on many factors.....if there is no one else, if the
test is the current school year (and thus, likely license is
valid during the year)....if a waiver can be given by MDE in
the interim.......etc, etc.
Some district have a hard "no endorsement, no teach" policies,
while others are more willing to work with folks....
