Does your school give the MEAP? Do the teachers follow the
rules giving it, or are they left to do whatever? Interesting
thread. Charter vs Public when it comes to testing.

Is this test you give your students a standardized one? How do
they base your bonus on their results? They can't
use "improvements" since they haven't taken it before...can't
read clue. Is it just based on good scores? What grade is this?
Is this a listening test?
