I will likely be accepting a full-time elementary position
soon, in Minnesota. I am a fist year teacher and am
expecting a child in August, a week before the school
calendar begins. I know the policy is 6-weeks paid and 6-
weeks unpaid. I am uncertain how maternity leave works in
this situation. What are my rights, what are my
limitations as an untenured teacher?
