Hi,

I had a phone interview recently and she asked difficult
questions. Not your standard questions such as differentiated
instructions, but questions such as how I would handle
certain behavior problems, etc. Not ones I would anticipate
being asked. It seems that they are having a difficult time
getting applicants or the right ones. I didn't get the
position and saw that it was reposted. Their website is not
well done; lots of information missing.
