The biggest waste of money in the state: Jr. college sports
programs. Games are lightly attended and the athletes tend to
be very borderline academically. Even the parents stay home
for these things. And I am a big high school sports fan, and
see a true value in high school sports.

Why spend money for the scholarships, coaches, facilities, etc.?
